Web10 dec. 2024 · I really loved the Ash and Eiji and so for me the story ends with Ash getting the letter.(before he's stabbed) I just can't accept such a sad ending even though I knew it probably wouldn't end very happily. I mean the violent act at the end wasn't necessary at all. I know Ash died happily, but Eiji's life is terrible in the flash forward we see.
