Web30 mei 2010 · I have a 2003 Honda Foreman 450 and the cooling fan will not come on. I rode it during the winter and fan came on. Now its 85 outside and my engine is getting extremely hot. It feels like plastic body is getting ready to melt off. I checked fuses. All good. The fan blade will turn by hand very easily. But it will not activate when engine is hot. WebDoes the fan come on? If not check the green wire for 12 volts and the black wire for ground. If there is no ground than run a new ground wire. If the is no power check the heater/air conditioning fuse in the under dash fuse block.
