Started working rather quickly 25 mins. and lasted about 2 hrs. not too bad. Dose two for me was at 9pm and was a bit harder to finish and the flush was longer about 3 hrs. but I was asleep by 1 am. My other tip is to drink a lot of water, more is better here.
