Technically, in this timeline, you never got hit. At most you have a fainting memory of an alternate reality where you got hit, but nothing more. #1. When you use the R key it doesn't reset the in game timer. So if you R key and it's past the 20 minute mark boss rush will not open up, same for hush. But seeing if you can use the R key indefinitely since you used the void on it, I don't know.

While you can't use it more than 5 times anymore, doing it in Greedier Mode still lets you donate alot of coins, especially if you bring a Card Against Humanity into the fight.
